The Surgery is split over 2 floors, with consultation rooms on each floor. However, for those with a disability suitable access is available and a lift is also available to take patients up to the 1st floor.
We also have a hearing loop available on Reception, with a portable system to aid with any consultations with the clinical staff.
Our Practice Manager is Mrs Emma Bentley BA Hons, Dip PPM.
We have three female salaried GPs, Dr Marianne Shoebridge, Dr Jane Caballero and Dr Veronica Ward. Whilst patients cannot register with these doctors, they can always request to see them.
Named accountable GP for all patients
All patients have been allocated a named GP. The named GP is a lead GP – co-ordinator of care, but is not required to deliver all the care to the patient, and is not expected to be available 24/7. The patient still has the right to book a routine appointment with any GP of their choice. If you do not know who your named GP is please ask at reception or when calling next.
If you wish to see a particular member of staff for some or all of your medical conditions please let the receptionist know and she will note this in your records. We will always try to ensure that this is possible, but there may be occasions when it is not possible.
